Delivery Information
1. Please be aware that the prices displayed on our online shop www.swatengineering.co.uk/shop including estimating delivery charge on all orders in the United Kingdom. Also we are delivering products to other countries and delivery services may be applied charge by DHL, TNT, DPD and others providers.
2. We will provide an estimated delivery date in our Order Confirmation that we send to your email.

4. Products will be delivered without undue delay and in any case no later that 1-2 working days in UK and overseas 4-6 working days from the date on which the Order Confirmation has been made.
5. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Products have been delivered to the delivery address indicated in your Order and You have taken physical possession of the Products.
6. If nobody is at the address to accept the delivery, the courier company will leave a “delivery notice” advising you to get in touch with them to either arrange re-delivery or for you.
7. We pack each order carefully and we are ensuring that your order is received by you on time and in excellent condition. However, we are not responsible if your goods are lost or damaged during delivery process.
8. All goods are sold under our guarantee that they operate to the stated level in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. If within the period of twelve months following delivery the goods are found to be faulty, you may return the goods to our warehouse at your expense on the express condition that it is returned in the original packaging.
